We used to love eating at Shoney’s and so we were excited to find one still open. The food was decent, the staff friendly and happy to help customers. We will definitely be back!
I've been eating here since I was a kid, and its amazing how consistent it is. They have pretty good country cooking, but my favorite has always been the breakfast bar! The service is always friendly too.
All you can eat food bar, Sunday dinner style. A couple of items ran short. Food is as good as you could expect from a buffet style with items sitting out for awhile. Short staffed, minimum service but friendly servers. Fried chicken, sausage and onions, pot roast all good. Salad bar had fresh, crisp veggies.
1st time at a Shoney's. Even short handed, had excellent humble but flavorful food and most excellent service. Tristan took excellent care of us. Til next the next review Dr Wes
Food tasted good but I found a piece of label on the bell pepper. This tells me that vegetables are not being washed properly. Showed it to the waitress and she showed very little concern.
The breakfast/lunch bar is awesome! My friend ordered off the menu but the server failed to put in her order. Another server noticed she didn't have any food & took care of it & didn't charge her for it. Asst Mgr & GM got involved because my gift card wouldn't scan. They gave me my meal too! Great customer service! Will definitely be going back!!!
